The hot-hitting second baseman was a bonafide batting machine as he racked up 12 hits in 24 at-bats, no home runs, .500 BA, 3 RBIs, 3 runs, 1 walk and a .520 OBP.
Feliciano is batting .311 this season in 114 games with 1 home run, 39 RBIs and 41 runs scored. He has 124 hits in 399 at-bats. |  | Tuesday, August 10th, 1982: Clippers Holds Scranton-Wilkes Barre Scoreless Columbus hurler Ed Figueroa put on quite a show today as he blitzed the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Red Barons with a 6-0 shutout. He baffled them with fastballs and changeups, allowing 4 hits with 6 strikeouts and 1 walk to pick up the win.
The opposing manager told reporters after the game, "I think every time we were looking for a fastball, he threw a changeup and every time we were looking for a changeup, he threw a fastball."
|  | Tuesday, July 27th, 1982: 5-Hit Game for Hatcher! Bats left fielder,Billy Hatcher, had his way with Scranton-Wilkes Barre pitching today at Valley Cats Ballpark and mauled them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but it was all in vain. The Red Barons ruined his great day by outscoring the Bats 8-4.
He told reporters after the game, "I had a great day, but you got to give Scranton-Wilkes Barre credit, they did what they had to do to win the game. They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits after all is said and done. They did what they had to do -- win the game."
The Red Barons skipper added, "Oh, I think we noticed what Hatcher did today. He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him."
B. Hatcher singled in the 1st, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run double in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
